Refund and Return Policy

At Kembotanics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a refund within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund, the product should generally:
Have been purchased directly from Kembotanics.
Be returned within the applicable 14-day period.
Be unused and in its original condition.
Remain in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Not have been damaged as a result of customer misuse, negligence or improper storage.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable consumer law.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Kembotanics as soon as possible.
Please provide:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photographs or videos showing the product and packaging where appropriate.
We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair where applicable, refund or another remedy permitted by applicable law.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from the product you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photographs of the item received and your order confirmation to assist with our investigation.
Where the error is confirmed to be on our part, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
5. Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind about a purchase, eligibility for a return or refund may depend on the condition of the product and applicable consumer protection laws.
Because Kembotanics sells skincare and beauty products, opened or used products may not be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, products may not be eligible for a refund where they have:
Been opened or used.
Been damaged through misuse.
Been altered or tampered with.
Been stored improperly.
Been returned outside the applicable return period.
Gift cards and other specially designated non-refundable products may also be excluded where permitted by law.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and assess an eligible return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will generally be issued using the original payment method where possible.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Where the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect product supplied by Kembotanics, Kembotanics will determine the appropriate arrangement for return shipping.
For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law provides otherwise.
9. International Returns
Customers outside the country from which the order was shipped may be responsible for costs associated with returning an eligible product, including applicable shipping, customs or other charges, unless the return is due to an error, defect or damage attributable to Kembotanics or otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Refunds and Promotions
If a product was purchased as part of a promotion, discount or bundle, the refund amount may be calculated according to the terms of that promotion.
